Cisco SMARTnet Warranty
Cisco's SMARTnet warranty is available on all new and refurbished Cisco products, including routers, switches, firewalls and phones. They are sold in one-year increments, with discounts available for multi-year packages. The following Cisco SMARTnet packages are available:

• Standard SMARTnet
  Includes troubleshooting, advanced replacement of parts (faulty parts replaced next business day), 24x7 online and telephone technical support, and 24x7 access to Cisco's web knowledge base, as well as access to software updates for covered products.
• Premium SMARTnet
  Includes all services as Standard SMARTnet package above, except parts are replaced within four hours, 7 days a week.
• Onsite Premium SMARTnet
  Includes all services as Premium SMARTnet package above, plus includes one year of on-site technical assistance.
