Returns of Working Product
All working product returns are subject to approval by Myriad Supply and subject to a 20% restocking fee. To request a return of a working product, please fill out our RMA form.
All refunds will be issued provided the following policies and guides are met:
- The RMA is requested within 30 days of original date of purchase.
- The RMA is approved by Myriad Supply.
- The client must return the product to Myriad Supply within 10 business days of the RMA approval. If the product is not returned within 10 days, the RMA must be resubmitted for approval.
- The client must re-package the products such that Myriad Supply receives it in a condition similar as it was received. All accessories, manuals, and manufacturer boxes should be returned if they were included in the original shipment.
- Working products purchased in "New Sealed" condition are subject to a 40% restocking fee if opened. Additional fees may apply if accessories, manuals, and/or manufacturer boxes are not returned.
- Warranties, service agreements, etc. are not eligible for return.
Returns of Defective Product
Myriad Supply offers a standard 90 day warranty on all items. We will provide advance replacements on all defective products within the warranty period. If you are having any issues with an item, please fill out our RMA form and your account representative or a technician will get back to you.
Advance Replacements will be issued for non-working or defective products provided the following:
- All RMA policies and guidelines described below are met.
- The client troubleshoots defective product with our Cisco-certified technicians.
- The RMA is requested within 90 days from the original date of purchase, or within the extended warranty period (if applicable).
Policies:
- If our Cisco-certified technicians cannot solve the issue and your RMA is approved, Myriad Supply will send an advance replacement product.
- In most cases, Myriad Supply will take on the cost of shipping the advance replacement. If the product is later deemed in perfect working condition, the client will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- The client must return the defective product to Myriad Supply within 10 days upon receipt of a replacement product, or the client will be charged the full purchase price of both the defective product and the replacement product.
- Myriad Supply will take on the cost of freight for returning the defective item, but it is still the client's responsibility to ensure the product is delivered to Myriad Supply in the condition it was originally delivered.
- If the product is later deemed in working condition, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the client may be responsible for all related shipping costs.
- If for any reason Myriad Supply cannot replace your product, we will issue a refund.
