We want to ensure the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind when purchasing your networking equipment from Myriad Supply.  We understand how frustrating it can be to return or exchange something, therefore we have made a concentrated effort on streamlining this process to be as hassle-free and easy as possible. 

If you need to return something, go to www.myriadsupply.com/rma or the Return an Item section of your account where you can search your order by part number, serial number, order number or customized order label.  Once you've located your order, choose the product you wish to return, select the serial number of the product (if applicable), jot down what the problem is, hit "Submit" and our Client Services Manager will promptly reply with further instructions. 

We value your continued business and will employ all resources to rectifying your issue.  For more information on our policies, read below.

We offer two replacement* options for defective equipment still under Warranty:

Option 1. (Standard Replacement)

Steps for Standard Replacement:

1.             Client contacts our client support for a return authorization number.

2.             Myriad Supply technicians will also attempt to troubleshoot as the first line of defense.

3.             If we not able to resolve the issue, we will issue a prepaid return label for the defective item(s) to be returned to our warehouse.

4.             When the item(s) is received and tested at our warehouse, replacement* item(s) will be shipped via next-day. No charge will be applied to client credit card. Average turnaround time is 10-14 days.

Option 2. (Advance Replacement)

Steps for Advance Replacement:

1.             Client contacts our client support for a return authorization number.

2.             Myriad Supply technicians will also attempt to troubleshoot as the first line of defense.

3.             If we not able to resolve the issue, we will ship out a replacement* item(s) within 1 business day via next day service (if available for shipment)

4.             The client’s credit card will be charged for the replacement shipment (clients with Net Terms set up with Myriad will not be charged upfront for the replacement)

5.             When the defective item(s) is received and checked in at our warehouse, we credit the client's card for the defective item(s). Average turnaround time is 1-7 days.

All return authorizations will expire after 15 days. If a return authorization expires or is canceled, it cannot be reissued.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Items outside of 15 calendar days of delivery cannot be returned as DOA.

RETURN ON UNOPENED ITEM(S) DESIGNATED AS NEW, NIB, OR CISCO AUTHORIZED RFURBISHED SEALED FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

The return of unopened NEW, NIB, or CISCO AUTHORIZED REFURBISHED SEALED  items is allowed only if the return is requested within 15 CALENDAR DAYS of delivery. All approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

**Please note that due to manufacturer requirements, there are some items that are not returnable. Please contact our client service department for more information prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.**

RETURN ON OPENED ITEM(S) PREVIOUSLY DESIGNATED AS NEW, NIB, OR CISCO AUTHORIZED RFURBISHED SEALED FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

**Non-defective opened Cisco, Edgewater, and Polycom items still under our Warranty and returned with the factory seal broken will be processed with a 40% restocking fee and must be requested within 15 CALENDAR DAYS of delivery. Items from all other manufacturers cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken. Shipping charges are not refundable.

These items are generally considered used goods and cannot be resold as new. Do not assume the item(s) you are ordering are returnable if opened. Please contact our client service department for more information prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note that due to manufacturer requirements, SMARTnets, licenses and all manufacturer software products cannot be returned once opened for any reason. Defective items will be serviced or replaced by the manufacturer. This is not a complete list, and is provided as an example. RETURN ON PRE-OWNED ITEM(S) FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

**The return of non-defective pre-owned items is allowed only if the return is requested within 15 CALENDAR DAYS of delivery of the original product purchased. All approved returns in this condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Steps for return of unopened or non-defective goods for refund or store credit:

1.             Client contacts our client service for a return authorization number. Prior to shipping back your product(s), you must request and receive a return authorization number from our client service department. All return authorizations will expire after 10 days. If a return authorization expires or is cancelled it cannot be reissued.

2.             Client ships approved item(s) to our warehouse with the return authorization number clearly listed on the shipping label and the return double-boxed. This RMA number should be clearly visible on the address field of the shipping label using the format: RMA-XXXX. Items shipped to us without the return authorization number clearly showing on the shipping label will be refused by our warehouse.

3.             When approved items are received and checked in at our warehouse, we issue a credit to client's credit card minus a 20%-40% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

SHIPMENT INSPECTION

Returns due to equipment having any damage must be requested within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Returns of this nature will not be accepted after the 10 calendar days. Therefore, please inspect your equipment carefully upon receipt. If the box is damaged you should still sign for it and contact us immediately. Manufacturers warranties do not cover products physically damaged during shipment. Keep all packing material and take pictures of the damaged box and equipment immediately. Myriad will then file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide further instructions. 

REFUSED GOODS

If we are notified in advance that item(s) are going to be refused, the refused items will be treated as unopened returned goods. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If we are not notified in advance item(s) are going to be refused, a $25.00 refusal fee and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Any returned item(s) must be in the original manufacturers packaging with all accessories. The packaging must be intact, and free from holes, tape, and writing. There must be no stickers or shipping labels on the manufacturers packaging.

* Contingent on current stock status. If a replacement is not available Myriad will refund you in full for the original purchase price of the item. Replacement of equipment sold as NIB may be in pre-owned condition.

** Item(s) unable to be put under a SMARTnet cannot be returned for that reason. Discontinued item(s) and item(s) marked "No Returns" cannot be returned. Virtual item(s), such as Licensing and service agreements can not be returned. Item(s) from certain manufacturers cannot be returned. Software can not be returned. Please contact our client service department for more information prior to placing your order if you have any questions or concerns.

Myriad Supply fully stands behind every product sold. We offer an "Everyday Warranty" included in the purchase price of all products sold and offer extended warranty services for clients at an additional cost. Below are the details on the warranties available.

Myriad Supply equipment warranties are as follows:

- All Cisco routing, switching, and security equipment includes a 1 year warranty, except for 3550, 3524, and 3548 series switches.

- All 3550, 3524, and 3548 series switches include a 90 day warranty. Extended warranties on these switches are not available, due to their age.

- All Cisco and Polycom VoIP equipment, such as VoIP phones and phone power supplies includes a 2 year warranty.

- All Jabra and Plantronics headsets include a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

- All Cisco Approved and 3rd Party memory, Cisco and 3rd party optics, and Cisco and 3rd party cables include a lifetime warranty.

- All Edgewater equipment includes a 1 year warranty provided by the manufacturer. Please email support@edgewaternetworks.com for technical support.

- Our Myriad warranty covers manufacturing defects in products discovered while in normal use of the product during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply if the product has been mistreated or mishandled; if the product has been subject to lightning, power surges, or any other type of electical misuse or stress; if the product has been improperly configured; or if the product has been subject to an accident.

Below are the guidelines for our Everyday Warranty:

- All of our equipment is fully tested by our engineers.

- Advanced overnight replacement is available for the entire life of the product warranty, and is subject to product availability.

- You will have access to our technical support to help resolve any problem with faulty equipment.

- You will be issued either a refund or a replacement product as soon as possible. Overnight advanced replacement is available after troubleshooting has been completed with our technicians, and is subject to stock availability.Please note that all refunds and replacements are given at the discretion of Myriad Supply.

- Replacement products for items returned under warranty will be warranted for the remaining warranty period left on the original products. Replacement products sent for warranty returns may be new or refurbished products, regardless of the condition that was originally purchased.

- Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in products discovered while in normal use of the product during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply if the product has been mistreated or mishandled; if the product has been subject to lightning, power surges, or any other type of electical misuse or stress; if the product has been improperly configured; or if the product has been subject to an accident.

Myriad Supply Extended Warranty: 

Myriad Supply also offers extended warranties, providing you with coverage to 12, 24, and 36 months or longer. Each additional year purchased is 10% of the equipment’s original purchase price, with discounts available for multi-year extensions. You can purchase these from each product page or in the shopping cart.  All warranty extensions must be purchased prior to the expiration of the existing warranty.  If your warranty has expired already, please email your account executive for warranty pricing - you will be required to submit proof that the equipment is in good working condition.  

Myriad Supply Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Myriad Supply is happy to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for purchase on select hardware! This warranty starts when the hardware ships and extends for six years. In the unlikely event that the equipment requires troubleshooting with our technicians, you are guaranteed a response within 24 hours. If our technicians are unable to resolve the issue you are experiencing with the hardware we will provide you with a prepaid ground shipping label to send it back to us. We will then repair or replace the hardware within 10 business days of receiving it in our warehouse, and ship it back to you via free ground shipping. For additional information about how to purchase this warranty or what this warranty covers please contact clientsupport@myriadsupply.com.

Please note: These warranties are not eligible for nenewal or extension. The hardware may be replaced with equipment in refurbished condition and/or newer hardware that functions in the same capacity as the original equipment purchased. Replacement products for items returned under this warranty will be warranted for the remaining warranty period left on the original product. If a suitable replacement is no longer available a refund will be issued. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not apply if the product has been mistreated, mishandled, subject to lightning strikes, power surges, or any other type of misuse or stress.

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors

If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.Double check the card type, the account number and expiration date. Remove dashes or spaces from the account number. If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order — even if there is enough money in an account.
