Our Warranty

Myriad Supply equipment warranties are as follows:

All 3rd party optics, cables, and memory are backed by our lifetime Everyday Warranty. Our Myriad Everyday Warranty covers manufacturing defects in products discovered while in normal use of the product during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply if the product has been mistreated or mishandled; if the product has been subject to lightning, power surges, or any other type of electical misuse or stress; if the product has been improperly configured; or if the product has been subject to an accident.

All other equipment is backed by Manufacturer Warranty. Please check the manufacturer website for the details of what is included in the standard warranty for the product you are looking to purchase. All troubleshooting and replacement services will be through the manufacturer, and all items backed by a manufacturer warranty are not returnable to Myriad Supply.

Below are the guidelines for Myriad Supply's Everyday Warranty:

  • -  Advanced overnight replacement is available for the entire life of the product warranty, and is subject to product availability.
  • -  You will have access to our technical support to help resolve any problem with faulty equipment.
  • -  You will be issued either a refund or a replacement product as soon as possible. Overnight advanced replacement is available after troubleshooting has been completed with our technicians, and is subject to stock availability.Please note that all refunds and replacements are given at the discretion of Myriad Supply.
  • -  Replacement products for items returned under warranty will be warranted for the remaining warranty period left on the original products. Replacement products sent for warranty returns may be new or refurbished products, regardless of the condition that was originally purchased.
  • -  Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in products discovered while in normal use of the product during the warranty period.
